    Can I join?? Its about 245am... just getting home from work and seeing this. I've been hunting for a challenge to keep me motivated.

    I'll put my challenge anyway, just in case :)

    Week beginning March 18th. I would love to push myself to exercise 180min. Normally I usually exercise 3x45min.. so thats a great goal for me :)

    Week Beginning 11th March - Goal of 575 mins for week.

    Sunday 11th March - 110 mins (NRoLFW + warm up on crosstrainer for 15 mins + doggy walk for 1 hour) 465 mins remaining

    Oooh, have I been bad at logging this week!! Sorry all, auditors in at work and husband away means zero time for t'internet.

    Mon 12th March - 60 mins (doggy walk) 405 mins remaining

    Tues 13th March - 155 mins (105 doggy walks and 50 NRoLFW) 250 mins remaining

    Wed 14th March - 60 mins (doggy walks) 190 mins remaining

    Thurs 15th March - 60 mins (doggy walks) 130 mins remaining

    Fri 16th March - 170 mins (120 mins doggy walks and 50 mins NRoLFW) 40 mins plus!! oooh, and havent even logged tomorrow's minutes. Think I really need to up my mins for next week to actually make this a challenge!! :)

    Sat 17th March - 120 mins (2 hour long doggy walks)

    Total for week - 735! 160 mins over target.

    Sunday 18th March - 60 mins doggy walk. 540 mins remaining

    Monday 19th March - 60 mins doggy walk. 480 mins remaining

    Tuesday 20th March - 96 mins (doggy walk plus 36 mins on cross trainer) 384 mins remaining

    May be under this week!! Have an event tomorrow evening straight after work so wont even get a doggy walk! :( No exercise at office gym either as I cant go to this event with post-gym hair. No hairdryer or straightners (shock horror!!!)

    Week beginning Monday 26 March = 240 minutes

    I think I've been setting my goals too high and overwhelming myself, so trying a bit lower and hopefully I'll be able to actually meet it this time!

    Yesterday I walked/ran about 45 minutes = 195 minutes left for the week.
