Hi, I have read numerous articles on how to get rid of it and was wondering what actually worked for
you guys.

If you could please include the exercise, how many times a week and how many reps were done.

    Bump!! I hate my arms and want to know the same thing.
  • Google Tracey Anderson.. She has a great part on her workout for warms and it works amazingly! Lots of reps with weights!

    same ? for me too ... I have recently lost 100 or so lbs and the flab of my arms are unbelievable I thought this would never happen to me but it did... I can wave 3x in one wave *not so funny* but its going down I have a bo-flex and that helps .. but i like the idea of the spider plank I am going to have to try it

    Excersize- Calorie deficit.
    How often- Every day.
    How many reps- One per meal.
