Haven't weighed in yet, But i have been eating really good not exercising much because of my hectic schedule. . Im 20 and 5'8 Started at 224....Hope to be at 180 By my birthday in september. . .! Wish me luckkkkkkkkkkkkkkk! BTW, has anyone who had stretch marks on their stomach seem too atleast fade them out with the weightloss ?

    Congratulations of your first week done! I am also starting on my second week of diet & exercise. Even the smallest amount of exercise can help. I had stretch marks on my hips for a longggg time but it seems like over time they can fade away a lot, because mine are barely noticeable anymore unless you really focus on them and KNOW that they are there, lol. I'm not sure if weight loss can help reduce the appearance because I actually went the opposite way, and was GAINING weight during the time that they faded.

  • Congrats! I'm just about finished my first week as well!
    I had stretch marks on my side as well as my thighs and both seemed to fade away when I lost a bit of weight a few years back. I'm not sure if they fade over time or if it was from the exercise, but I found the more I worked out the less visible they were.
