Trying to motivate others AND myself!!

I am a "Leader" for a group at work that is doing a weight loss competition, while it is fun to come up with ideas to keep people motivated and not get discouraged, sometimes I forget to give myself a pep talk. Anyone have any ideas on how to keep them pumped up and excited about losing weight? We have until the end of May to stay focused!!'
I love to stay positive and happy...so any advice would be fantastic!!

    I am 1 of 3 coaches for a weightloss group on facebook and what we like to go to keep others motivated is to continously stay involved. Asking questions, finding out what others gaols are. this is just a daily reminder to everyone why we are here. we Weigh in weekly and use the MYfitnesspal website to track out food. another thing I do is post daily inspriational quotes and pics on the page to keep people going, I hope this helps!
