How do you log C25K in your diary?

I use a HRM! LOL, no easy way to log it. I was adding up my walking time, putting in as walking at whatever speed seemed right, then adding up my jog/run time and logging it as jogging at that speed. Best I could figure out!

I log the time spent walking as 'walking at a brisk pace' and the time spent running as 'running (jogging) 10 min mile'. I'm not a very fast runner.

Yep HRM is a good way to log it. Or if you have the C25k app on your phone, it gives an estimate of calories burned.

I just put it as C25K w1 d1 or whatever. I don't bother trying to separate the walking from the running.
