Need to lose 2.6 pounds to reach goal for this month - gonna try my hardest but will be happy with 4 or 4.5 lost because I know I've been eating healthy for the most part and as well, been working out like a fiend. Jillian Michael's new kickboxing DVD is amazing and quite frankly, kicking my butt. I can see and feel differences in my body already, even if it's not yet reflecting on the scale.0 -
