    Dont stop the music- Rhianna... especially when on treadmill with the fast paced beats.. it makes me want to walk/run faster!

    Staind, Linkin Park, Eminem...throw in some Metallica and Motorhead and it makes some great tunes to listen to while working out.

    oh i listen to so much when i work out but something i love doing planks to and cardio to is You're Gonna Go Far Kid by the Offspring. I love that song. It's so upbeat and will make you go faster lol.
