i love pasta, especially a cheese pasta bake! has anyone got any low calorie recipes?

This pasta is so good, has a ton of fiber, and is lower cal than what you can find in the stores0 -
If you're willing to give shirataki noodles a try, here's a good recipe:

The noodles aren't for everyone, so if they aren't your thing/appealing, I'd suggest making a similar recipe using Dreamfields pasta for lower carbs

I only ever use normal pasta or wholegrain pasta - but use tomato based sauces to bring the calories down.0
