Skinny Samoa Shake
Ingredients
1/2 cup of nonfat cottage cheese
2 Tbs of sugarfree chocolate instant Jello pudding mix
1/4 tsp coconut extract (1/2 tsp if you like it real coconuty)
1 Tbs Hersey's carmel syrup
1 cup ice
1 cup water (less water if you prefer a thicker shake)
