Exercise calories

I put in that I went bowling for an hour and it said I burned like 230 calories or something. It doesn't seem very accurate... Opinions?

I don't log my exercises on here because I feel it is more harmful than useful due to its inaccuracy. I see some crazy stuff on there.0

I would recommend measuring your calories for yourself, rather than going by the scripted exercises on here. I bought a calorie counter/heart monitor for when I work out; you can pick one up in the fitness aisle at Wal*Mart for as little as $30.00, if you have the spare money. Since it goes by both your work out time, AND your heartrate to judge calories, probably more accurate.0
