Its so crazy to see the different weights and pants size!
Im 5'4 and 154 and i wear a size 11/ 12....0 -
I'm 5'4" and I was wearing a size 16, but rather stretched out, so probably an 18, at 235lbs. I'm 213 now and my size 16s are loose, but I don't think I could hit a 14 yet, which I find really surprising. I think it's mostly because I carry a lot of weight on my hips and thighs, but am losing a lot around the middle first.
I've gone from XL to L in pant sizes though.0 -
im 5 ft 3 and in a 15 and weigh 1850

I'm 5'4"... weighed myself today and I weigh 190. I have size 16 pants on now, but they are too small. This is the biggest I have ever been (except when I was pregnant). At the end of high school I weighed 180 and was a size 18. I want desperately to get back down to what I weighed two years ago... 130. I was really fit, too. I just don't have the time to walk the 10 miles a day I was walking then. For now, a size 14 or 12 this summer sounds like an awesome goal! I'll shoot for that as well!0

I'm 5' 5.5' and I wear a 16 (some brands are a wee bit snug and others are baggy) and I weigh 219 lbs.0

I was at 195 in a size 16, now I am down to 160 and at a 8/10 depending on the cut and brand of the pants. I've gone from an XL shirt to a medium. I am 5'4"0

I started at 209 and a size 16. I've lost 15 and a pant size since then.0

I am 5'4.5", and at my highest, I was in a tight size 16 at just under 200lbs. At 150, I'm in a size 8.0

It really is all depending on your body. When I started at 205 lbs (and I'm 5'4") I was wearing a size 18 and they were starting to get a little snug. So far I am now down to 189 lbs and wearing size 16. This is also wear it depends on the pants you wear because some of the 16s I'm in fit perfectly and others are too big. Good luck with your journey!0

I'm 5'4" and 165 pound and size 16 in tops (though 14 in some coats) and 14 in trousers/jeans. Most of my weight is around my middle and backfat, which is annoying as it makes me look big all over! would love an hourglass or pear figure, no shame in a big bottom!0

I am 5'4" and was a size 16 January of last year. I weighted about 200lbs. in my Before pic I was about 190 and size 140

Hi. I am 5'2", super muscular and curvy, always have been. Right NOW, I am 187 and in a 16 comfortably. A year ago I was 175 and still in the same 16's, but could also squeeze into some 14's. I can lose almost 20lbs and not need new clothes. Good AND bad, I suppose.
When I was younger (I'm 41) and weighed about 135-140 a size 10 fit perfectly. The doctors have always said I'm 'packed tight' because when I weighed 140 I looked like I weighed 120. Now I can't say they say the same thing! Wow, you only look like you weigh 170 is not really a compliment.....0 -
I'm 5'3 and a half! 217.
My pant tags are anywhere from 16 - 22. My 18's and 20's are about right. 22's are loose but I like my pants to be a relaxed (probably way too baggy).
I am also VERY round in my torso area, I'm an "apple" shape. BOOOOO.
Good luck to you!0 -
I am 5'3" and started at 239 and a size 20/22. I am currently down 61 lbs at 178, and have 2 pairs of jeans size 12 and am working on that pair of Kenneth Cole dress slacks that is still just a bit tight through the glute/thigh area. Okay for jeans, but dress slacks should fit a little looser, imho. :blushing:0

I'm 5'3", and was just able to slip into my 16's (US) for the first time in a few weeks. I'm at 217, and most of my weight is in my lower body. I'm pear-shaped.0
