Find the nearest flight of stairs.
For each break go run/walk around the building once.
Sit ups.
Start a contest with coworkers to see how many steps you can get in in a day.
Keep some exercise bands in your desk at work.
Make yourself squat at your keyboard every three hours for 15 minutes at a time.
Park as far away from the entrance to your building as possible and walk in.
Use the ladies room that is farthest away from your desk when ever you need to go.
Take public transport and walk from the stop to the office.
Walking or jogging in place at your desk.0 -
I do boot camp during my lunch Mon/Wed/Fri and go to the gym during lunch Tu/Thu and go back to the gym every night after work for at least 30 minutes. It is amazing what time you can carve out when you set your mind to your goal0

If I had a desk job, I'd definitely get one of these!
