Exercising in the morning!

Who here exercises in the morning? How effective is it?

    My favourite time of day to run is 5:00AM. I also like to row in the morning, weights in the evening.

    In terms of effectiveness I don't think it really makes a difference when you exercise - it's more important to find a time that suits your schedule and that you're likely to stick with.

    Personally I'm all about the morning--"before your brain figures out what it's doing." If I have to work all day, come home, get dressed, and go back out, I'll always choose a cheeseburger instead. But ditto what Brian said--find your favorite routine and stick with it!
