I've been busting my balls trying to lose weight and it just isn't coming off. It took me a year and a half but looking at pictures I can FINALLY see a difference!!

Before: Aug2010 at 239lbs

Now: Monday afternoon at 210lbs.

A couple weeks ago I put on a vest that I had tailored to fit me 4 years ago! Felt good be putting it on again.

    took 20 minutes and a million tries but the photos work. Also just noticed the typo. 29 lbs.

    OK I Have to say, I'm so used to seeing pics of females that I looked at your wife/girlfriend (?) and was like "that must be the after...wait 239? No way!" :laugh:

    Honestly, I think it's so HARD when it comes off slowly. But you look great. Way to stick with it!

    Great job! Mine is coming off at about 1/2 pound per week. It's frustrating, but progress is progress.

    Fantastic job! You look great in the vest. And you are certainly right when you say slow and steady-- even when it feels way too slow. Hard to remember sometimes that it is not a race. Thanks for the inspiration today.
