Self Magazine's Drop 10 diet

I was wondering if anyone was planning on or is following this program?
I plan to add some of the "super foods" but I'm not a big fish eater so don't know about the salmon. I already kind of do the exercises because I like interval training. Calorie set is 1,600 with 200 to splurge or save up. Either way Self is probably my fave magazine cuz it gives you so many ideas and focuses on being healthy, not just skinny.
Thanks bunches for any responses!

I did it for a few days, but I was STARVING. It's really closer to 1400 a day (the 200 is each day), plus you're not eating back your exercise. I've incorporated it into the MFP plan though, and I've found the calorie guide for each meal to be helpful.0
