Does anyone else have trouble staying on track when midterms and finals come around?

I just graduated - but YES!! Stress eating. Try and have a bunch of "healthy" type snacks around - I like crunchy when I'm stressed, baby carrots, popcorn, etc...0

YES! my go-to study snack these days is berries. sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries. they;re a great low-cal, high fiber finger food for studying!0

Totally! I tend to eat more processed foods, take out, and candy during exams. I just do not have time to cook anything. Its even worse when I am camping out in the library, where I eat out of the vending machines. fail
a fun tip for finals is that almonds are healthy and helps memory0
