Just thought I'd share this epic recipe with everyone.

It's a Zucchini and pumpkin frittata... And it tastes amazing.... So good that when my Mum made it, for the longest time I would tell her that I'd make my own dinner instead because I assumed it was unhealthy 0_o I was wrong.

If you make it according to that recipe it will be enough for 6 servings. I added the recipe to my recipes on this site and it turns out each serving is:

per serve:
221 calories
9.1g fat
15.8g carbs
15.8g protein
4.4g dietary fiber
343.6mg sodium

When you consider the size of each serving is normally easily enough to satisfy most people for a meal, those are some pretty epic macros...
