Some friends and i who are losing weight together are doing daily challenges. I was wondering if anyone could give me ideas for what we could do for different daily challenges. Either fitness or nutrition. Thanks in advance.

So far we have done Water challenges, fruit, veggie, exercise for 30 min., exercise for 1 hour0

Drinking 8 glases, and the fruit we did have 3 servings, we did 1 for veggies for 5 servings and today we had one for 3 fruits and 5 veggies0
