Yep! Another black bean brownie recipe...And why not! These are wheat free, low cal and super moist. I also incorporated some vanilla casein to thicken the mix and add a vanilla taste without using extract

I have simply copied the ingredients screen as I get bored of typing! These are all UK ingredient brands, but anything can be used

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 degree C, think that's about 350

Mix the instant with a little hot water then simply put all ingredients EXCEPT the plain chocolate into a blender/processor until it forms a lovely smooth batter mix

You could if you wanted chop up a few more dates and add to the mix, to create a rougher brownie

Spread into a pre greased and lined tin (I used fry light spray)

Bake for 20 minutes and then let cool

Grate the chocolate and sprinkle on whilst still warm to help it melt in

Cut and eat/nom/devour
