Two things: Chia Seeds? Hemp Protein?

I bought some at Whole Foods. What do you put them in? Just sprinkle them on stuff?
Also, I've been thinking about staying away from whey protein powder if I use it. Trader Joe's sells Hemp Protein powder. It looks like a good source of Omega-3's, but how does it taste? Anybody here try it?

Chia seeds can be added to things like oatmeal, smoothies, etc. for a boost of omega-3's. They can also be used in baking to replace eggs. You soak the seeds in water so they turn into a "gel", much like the consistency of an egg.
All I know about hemp protein is that it's a vegan protein source, which is probably why it's gaining popularity. You can add it to smoothies and such for a protein boost.0 -

I try to eat chia seeds everyday, I throw a tbsp into spaghetti sauce, sprinkle on rice dishes, on my salad, in my yogurt, on noodles, in soups, etc! They are good, and keep you full longer. Just experiment and see how and where you like them.0
