Making up for going over?

Options
What do people do when they go over their calories for the day? Do you create a bigger defecit the next day? or just move on?

    Depends how much over it is. Unless it goes over my maintenance, I don't worry about it as I'm still in a deficit, albeit not as much as I'd like. If it's more, I simply do a bit extra exercise the next day, or the same day if I can fit it in. I rarely go over by more than 200 calories so not needed to do anything yet.
