Does anyone log cross fit in their exercise routine? If so, how many calories are you logging or are you breaking it down exercise specific??

I was told by my cf coach that the people who are regulars are prob burning about 800- 1000 calories per hour WOD. I log mine as 400-450 for my WOD figuring that I'd rather underestimate than overestimate.also I am beginner at CF, but I love it!!!!0
