I've reached and passed my goal of 140lbs - it took what seems like forever, but I made it. I am now 3.5lbs from my UGW of 135lbs and I hope to achieve that by my birthday next week (fingers crossed). But I have to admit that even if I don't make my UGW I am actually happy with what I see in the mirror. In the time it took me to get to my goal I toned - so I'm now more healthy vs skinny fat! I like the muscles I see. :happy: Additionally I actually like to run now and I look forward to the Torch Run next month (7 miles around the island).

For those whose brain/eyes have not caught up with your new body...it will happen. Give it time. :wink:

A good friend/photographer and I went out and had some fun taking some pictures - these are now my "Age is only a Number" birthday pictures. :tongue:
