Stronglifts 5x5 program

Ok so I have googled it, and looked on amazon. But the only thing I find is a weird site. So you have to become a member of this site to use it? And what can someone give me an example of what their workout is?

I have done Sculpting Her Body Perfect and love it, but I am ready for something new and I want to get complete muscle in my body.

    It's a pretty simple program - there's a free app for iPhone's to track your progress and the information is free on the stronglifts website (http://stronglifts.com/stronglifts-5x5-beginner-strength-training-program/). You don't have to join anything unless you want to talk on the forum. There's no reason you couldn't start a group on MFP if you wanted - there may even already be one.

    It's a simple 3x per week workout where you start low and add 5 pounds every time:

    Workout A:
    Barbell squat 5 sets of 5
    BenchPress 5 sets of 5
    Barbell row 5 sets of 5

    Workout B:
    Barbell squat 5 sets of 5
    Overhead press 5 sets of 5
    Deadlift 1 set of 5

    It's important that you start with just the bar unless you've been lifting for a long time, and even then don't start anywhere near your max. Adding weight in just 5 pound increments allows you to make gains quickly.

    I have been reading this page and I thought it may be worth checking out, if you haven't yet.
