Hi there my Thursday MFP Friends ... Here we are, 2 weeks into it ... I had a 1.5 lbs loss this week again ... good good
July 16 - 189 lbs.
July 23 - 187.5 lbs. (-1.5 lbs.)
July 30 - 186 lbs. (-1.5 lbs. this week)(-3 lbs. since the Thursday group formed)

Holy Macanoli ... 8 lbs. in two weeks?!!! Way to go :drinker: You'll be in the 160s in the blink of an eye. You should be quite proud. I too love this site ... it's an awesome tool for this journey. I had a rough couple of days this week and normally that would be the end of the road for me, but because of my addiction to this site ... I'm now back on track and very happy about it. I went for a mega walk last night through Niagara Falls. It was so beautiful that I didn't even notice the 110 minutes I was out there. The time just flew by. Take care of you and congratulations again on your progress.

Ok im 2 days late but i had to work thursday and our power stayed out til friday from a storm but i havent lost a pound :frown: better than gainin a pound but i need to work harder....0

Sometimes we have to keep in mind that the weight is going to fluctuate some times. A little gain or staying the same is nothing to panic about. We're eating better and getting active and feeling more and more healthy all the time. That's what really counts. The weight we lose along the way is just a big bonus to this new lifestyle.
