Just wanted to find out what / if you take anything before bed to help recovery, stimulate gh production, whatever-- Do you find that it helps or have you noticed a difference?

Every night before bed, I take:

5 gms glutamine powder - (optimum nutrition)

1-2 gms of kre-alkalyn creatine (sci-fit)

Total Vitality Multi PM Pack - (melaleuca)

Fish Oil Capsules - (vitamin shoppe)

2 scoops Casein - (optimum nutrition)

* these are my tried and true supplements that I always take religiously before bed - i've tried lots of other things in addition to these but these are my standbys.

    natural - growth hormone production - sorry!

    i've tried lots of different things over the years that supposedly help - but there's so much information one way or the other that it really becomes convoluted. personally, one of the only supplements i thought actually worked for this is ZMA (Zinc monomethionine aspartate and Magnesium Aspartate) but a side effect for me was that I would be extremely tired in the AM when I got up for the gym, which is something I've been doing for awhile and really only noticed after starting ZMA. Aside from that though, I definitely got leaner for sure. - one other issue I had with taking this is that it must be taken on an empty stomach. I eat about every 2-2.5 hours that I"m awake and I had to make a point to eat my last meal at a specific time which was kind of a pain in the *kitten*. - wow! I apologize.... went off on a tangent there -

    so..... short answer to your question: growth hormone--- LOL!
