plateau :(

I've been stuck at 133lb for a month now :(
I am eating around 1200-1600 calories a day and working out on average half an hour a day

anyone have any ideas why I am still staying the same?

    Eat more :) I had the same situation I upped my calories to 1800 last week and dropped 3 lbs. Good luck :D

    try eating 1600 consistently, that should help =]


    You've got a small amount left to go you should be dropping weight loss per week to about a half pound.

    my minimum was at 1200 (but i ate exercise cals, so also could eat up to 1600) I am 5'1". i got stuck for 3 weeks or so, and increased my minimum to 1400 and increased my protein. big difference within 3 days and i am still losing well! 1.8lbs in the last wee, 2 the week before that, 1.6 the week before that ,etc.

    also, the closer you are to goal, the harder it is to the difference...on the scale. Get out your camera and measuring tape and focus there

    at the minute my net goal is 1380
