1/2 cup white whole wheat flour
1/2 cup vanilla whey protein
1/2 cup Splenda granular
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp matcha green tea powder

-->Wet ingredients:
1/4 c egg white
1/4 greek yogurt
1 T water
2 tsp vanilla
1 T butter, melted
(almond slices, for decoration)

reheat oven to 375 and lightly coat a cookie sheet with nonstick spray. Process the oats in a blender until finely ground, and transfer to a mixing bowl.

Add in the rest of the dry ingredients to the oat flour, and stir well. Mix the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl. Add the dry ingredients to wet and stir to combine. What about a store that specializes in cooking?

    I don't know where to get it, but I ask that question, because I see them use it on Cupcake Wars--so I figured it was a baking product.

    I'm from Canada and I usually get mine at GNC, booster juice, or david's tea. Not sure if any of those places are in the US but stores that sell loose leaf tea usually carry it or health food stores. I recently bought matcha green tea protein powder too its awesome and I use it to bake muffins and cookies! Check it out.... http://www.gorillajack.com/browseproducts/PVL--Whey-Gourmet-Naturelle-[2-lbs]---Green-Tea.HTML
