Here's the deal. I have no idea what workout to do today. So, I want each person to post one exercise. Sit-ups, squats, russian twists, jumping jacks, whatever, get creative.
I have a 6 lb medicine ball, a large ball (for core exercises), 2 2.5 lbs dumbells, and 2 10 lb dumbells available.
Just post the workout and I'll use a random # generator to see how many reps/minutes I'll do it.
I'll keep doing them until either the thread dies or I pass out, whichever happens first
P.S. I did just do a pretty intensive upper body workout yesterday so if you want to be nice, stick to legs, core, and cardio
THANKS!
