Hi,
I tried the 30day shred late last year and stopped after about five days. Not because I found it too hard (I WANT it to be hard, so I can get results!) but just because I was in a much busier job then and just couldn't find the time to continue with it.
I have since changed career and I am starting the shred again today. I just wanted to know if any of you lovely people had tried it, completed it and what your reviews of it were.
Hope I get some replies xx

I haven't finished it. I can't do all the planks/pushups of levels 2 and 3. But the results after just 9 days of doing level 1 were spectacular! And I've managed to keep those inches off and lose a little in the meantime, instead of moving on to levels 2 and 3 (I have a wrist with healing tendonitis, so it's only a matter of time until I can move on!). Good luck to you! The results are absolutely amazing!0

I can't believe that .... amazing results after only 9days??
Are you doing a slimming plan too or just your own controlled healthy eating?
I took my 'before' pictures on my first day of doing the shred.... HORRIFIED is not the word!!

I'm 6 days away from finishing And i'm super excited, although it took me a bit longer than 30 days. Super busy lifestyle. Search the success stories board. You'll find plenty that have finished and look awesome because of it.0

I did it a while back, completed it and lost 12 pounds and lots of inches. I lost 2 inches from my middle. It's challenging, but gets easier as you progress and best of all it's only 20 minutes. If this old lady can do it anybody can0

i finished it about a week ago, i did it for almost two months cuz i was moving up in levels when i felt ready. i lost 10 lbs doing that and of course counting calories n eating healthy. yesterday i decided to do level one because i was bored and i did it the whole way through!! i had alot more stamina and i was able to do the cardio circuits without feeling like was gonna die! currently im doing 6 week 6 pack so now im contemplating adding 30 day shred like maybe 3-4 times a week for better results. oh and btw im sorta sore today so thats a good thing!0

I'm on Day 6 of Level One and I'm still finding it really hard. My mum is doing it aswell and she seems to find it easier then me!! She does walk the dog for an hour a day and always has aswell, but I'm 24 next month and she's just turned 50!!
I hope it gets easier!! Well Done to all you ladies xxx0 -
I did! Although it took me 33 days. I only lost 5.9lbs but toned up heaps! Here is a link to my post when I finished

I did it and only missed a couple of days out of the 30. I lost no weight (this seems to be a common thing with 30DS) but around 14 inches from various places. It was a couple of inches here, couple there, 1.5 there etc but when I looked in the mirror I couldn't *see* it as such so definitely measure before and after as that will show you results!
Also it's amazing how fast you feel your fitness improve. The first 2-3 days are tough and you will ache like mad but push through it and the aching becomes easily manageable so you are still able to do it each day. I've seen some amazing pictures of the results people get, have a search through the forum for inspiration. Good luck, you can do it!0 -
I am currently on day 4 of 3DS, I am also doing 6 Week 6 Pack with it and alternate every second day with No More Trouble Zones. I definitly feel the soreness which is what I have been after... I am no really interested i losing anymore weight I really need to tone it all up.0

Nope, it totally messed up my knees and I couldn't continue with it. shame really as I was enjoying it!0

Naybelline.... my knees are a wreck! I'm on day two of Level two and I'm pushing myself up off a chair or out of bed, because I feel like my knees are about to break if I use them by themselves! Mainly my left knee, but the pain is horrendous!
Werglum..... your pictures really have inspired me to keep at it - I cannot believe your results ... that is amazing!! Did you find your inches soon came back once you'd stopped the DVD though? That is what I'm worried about xxx0 -
