conversion for wwpoints to calories?

i joined ww last year and bought a whole lot of their guff.i dont belong anymore (it was way too costly to go) but i still have the recipe book i bought, and it has some really good stuff in it. I would love to be able to work out how many calories in a weight watcher point. It would enable me to use the recipes but still track the food without doing an ingredient by ingredient conversion.

    old points is 50 -100 calories per point (based on fat and fiber)

    its really hard to say ..

    i have decided to go back to counting points instead of calories (just easier for me)

    but in the end if you choose counting calories, you will need to put it in 1 by 1, the use quick tools and make it a meal
