What are everyone's breakfast foods? I eat Special K every morning but that means I am ravenous by 10 a.m. I really don't love eggs ... Any more ideas? Thanks!

    Kashi oatmeal!

Definitely oatmeal. I had the same problem so I started eating oatmeal with skim milk and either fresh or dried berries (make sure you watch portion size with dried fruit). It really sticks to your ribs and keeps the morning going.

6 oz can of tuna packed in water
    Teaspoon of flax seed meal
Tomato (or any other veggie in season)
Peach (or any other fruit in season)
    Coffee

    OR

    Trader Joe's lowfat Vanilla Yogurt
    Blueberries
    Teaspoon of flax seed meal
    Coffee

Of course, this isn't the same every single day, but I really like it! It keeps me satisfied!

I have Quaker's Simple Harvest Multigrain oatmeal (Maple Brown Sugar and Pecans). It's pretty good. I have a piece of fruit with it or a yogurt.

I buy these 100 calories pack of Quaker Oat Squares. They're delicious and only have 1 g of fat/pack. I have that with a Special K bar and piece of fruit (if I'm really hungry) and I'm good to go.

Im trying to get back into eating breakfast. I have to be at work early so I hate having to get up to cook anything.

I made this this morning and actually enjoyed it:

    1/4 Cup Ricotta
1 small Container Chobani Greek Yogurt
2 tablespoons Bear Naked Banana Nut Granola
2 Med. Strawberries cut up into small pieces

    Directions
Mix the Ricotta and Yogurt until smooth. Scoop into a Cup or Bowl. Sprinkle the granola and strawberries on top. Enjoy!

If I am hungry mid morning, I tend to adjust my protein intake. Getting protein early in the day seems to keep the cravings away. Eggs are a great start to the day!
