Hello! Has anyone used the Nike training app? I have been using it for a little over a month, along with this site and it has been really helping me. I just wanted to see if anyone else is using the Nike app as a workout too.

Thanks,
Cg

    I love the NTC!!!!

I've only be using it for a few sessions (total of 3 hours lol), but I really enjoy it.
Need to get more weights though to add more intensity.

I have it, but haven't used it yet. Dunno why. Probably just a case of good intentions

It really is great for women, you only need small weights, I'm using 10lbs now, jump rope, medicine ball. I have completed 700 hrs so far and almost finally done with the get lean program, next is get toned. I like it because I can do it in my room. Also because it's a lot of variation and I havent gotten bored. I am getting stronger and have more endurance, I highly recommend. But it's not super easy, but kinda like a p90 for ladies.

exactly, one of the reasons why i love it.

I'm investing in selecttechs soon, so I'll be able to do more of the advance stuff.

I'm doing beginner lmao... even though I've been exercising for like 9 months, it's still INTENSE which is why i love it.
  • I tried it this morning and I'm sore everywhere ! I almost cried when I was through but it was worth it:happy: I'm gonna keep using it.
