My Aunt intro'd me to this site and it's GOOD! Who knew ketchup and 1/2c mixed veggies have the same calories?? I'm learning. I'm 42, married and mom to a busy three year old. The mid life flab doesn't fall off like it used to. Anyone else in my boat too??

    I just signed up today. I'm also a mom of 2 kids and losing weight is one of the hardest things.
