Hi I am new to this site and look forward to the day when I can buy smaller clothes. Any support and ideas are more than welcome.

    First of all, WELCOME!!! :happy: This is a great site. My best advice is to plan and log your food for the day ahread of time. I usually do it the night before. While I know that may not be for everyone, it works great for me. If I plan for all of my food and workouts, I'm more likely to stick to it. It just becomes part of my schedule. I just joined 2 months ago and I've already lost 12 lbs!!! Good Luck!!!

    My only advice is to be honest with your food diary. This alone will educate you in a way that can change your life forever!

    Read the boards, and ask questions because there are some extremely knowledgeable people who are happy to give good advice, and support

    Welcome! I'm glad to see you on the boards and into the website looking around. I've logged my breakfast and was a good girl and ate at home! Started with my water already this morning too, one already down range. We can do this!!! Together helps!
