            i love reading all of these posts and comments from so many AWESOME PEOPLE.
 You know.....I was talking to someone earlier today about sticking to the RESOLUTIONS. And so many people seem to fall off the wagon.
 Let's be honest. Even for the most dedicated of us, the novelty of sticking with a New Year's Resolution wears off after a few weeks.
 I thought I would bring this topic up to help others...
 I encourage you to come up with a shortlist of goals... Do you want to get all the way through your workout? Run a 5K? Get those washboard abs you've always wanted?
 Because goals are action-oriented, once you decide what you want to achieve and commit yourself, you're much more likely to see success.
 To get you started, here are my top three:
 1. Lose 10% Body Fat by end of Summer
 2. Tone up my legs by doing 5 sets of 20 squats 4 days a week
 3. Get super-toned arms with a hybrid of LES MILLS PUMP and P90X
