I cannot believe I did this! When I started the week, I looked at that 3500 cals and thought to myself, "OMGs! This is going to KILL me trying ot hit that number!" But you know what? I took it one step at a time, mixed things up a little, and got there a couple of days before the end of the week! My old self would have sat back, thinking, "Woohoo! I get the weekend off to slob around doing nothing!" but I discovered I actually WANTED to do some more. Feeling great about that.
