    I cannot believe I did this! When I started the week, I looked at that 3500 cals and thought to myself, "OMGs! This is going to KILL me trying ot hit that number!" But you know what? I took it one step at a time, mixed things up a little, and got there a couple of days before the end of the week! My old self would have sat back, thinking, "Woohoo! I get the weekend off to slob around doing nothing!" but I discovered I actually WANTED to do some more. Feeling great about that. :)

    Tues: 441--C25K Week 3 Day 1 and an additional 23 minutes of walking
    Wed: 705--20 minutes jogging and 50 minutes of Zumba
    Thur: 89-- :( short 20 minute walk (just couldn't get motivated for anything else)
    Fri: 259--Yard work
    Sat: 259--walking
    Sun: 424--C25K week 4 and additional walking for 3.4 miles
