    are you taking any supplements? what is your workout routine? I have lost 130 pounds and with still 23 more pounds, have been up against a wall for a year and a half now. Starting training for a half marathon and still haven't seen much of a change in weight even with the extra workouts.

    Thank you for the inspiration and the reminder that change does take time. I too am interested in competing but have to remember that transformations dont occur over night. Keep up the good work.
