Did anyone else ready about the Self Drop 10 Challenge? It looks really doable. It is a 5 week program. I want to drop 10 lbs right before swimsuit season!

YES! I did it last year and it helped me tone up a ton and lose 10 pounds for my wedding! Let's see if we can get a small group to do it all together!0

I've always wanted to try it!! Is it a good kick start for weight loss?? I just changed my calorie goals after seeing other posts and an nervous to eat this many calories in a day.0

Losing 10lbs in 5 weeks isnt hard at all. Just put yourself on a 1200 cal diet eating more fresh foods and do cardio and strength training...like jillian michaels' 30ds. Im doing her dvd and lost 8lbs in the last 3 weeks.0
