Cutting Sugar for Good

I don't seem to have the willpower to give up my sugar fix. My other problem is I don't like coffee, work shift work so rely on sugary cappuccino for my caffeine fix. Any suggestions about how to cut out the sugary sweets and kick the cappuccino habit? I think I really need some help with this, it's derailing my progress.

use fruit as natural source of sugar, in that case you can feel more at ease.
don't eat candy, but dry raisins.
try it for a week and you'll get use to it!
