    posts get pushed down on the list really quick so if someone doesn't answer you then bump it up to see if someone has an answer...or ask your friends that are on your list

    This has happened to me too - sometimes questions have been asked and replied to so many times that people don't reply again. Try searching for your question(s) in the Topics - they may be very common questions...

As I scrolled through your profile you seemed to be asking for general help with diet, but it is unclear what your questions were. You can search the message boards for answers to questions you might have, that others may have already addressed in the past.

    When in message board the search box is in the top right.

    A quick "bump" will probably get you more replies :) It looks like you posted pretty late last night in my time zone--I wouldn't have seen them until this morning. I was going to reply to someone else's friend request, but then she posted something cranky and I thought better of it.
