Hi Kristen,
I will continue the challenge, please put me down for 12 lb. loss.
I think I will weigh in on Fridays this time instead of Monday.
I will put in my dates when it gets closer to April 9th or in my case
April 6th which is my anniversary 38 years. :drinker:
I hope I can do better on this challenge.
I was having some lower back problems which was hindering

I would like to lose 20lbs within this 12 weeks

I want in please!. Not done a challenge before so will be interesting. 173lbs at present but hope to be less by date. End of challenge 163lbs would be good or even more would be phenomenal. I weigh on a Monday but not able to log it till Monday evening as I work till after 6pm. I will be needing some help with how to set it up as well please. Linda1953 and yes I am Linda . Linda1053 - If you log your weight here on Monday evenings, it will never be included on the charts. That is the only thing about these challenges that I'm super strict about. I oftentimes give a leeway of maybe 1/2 hour but any weigh ins after that are not included in that week's chart. What I suggest is... Use your weigh in from April 2nd and post it here on April 8th. That way it will be included on the 9th and then just do the same thing every week. That way your numbers are on the chart and being tracked for you.0 -
