I've got a large frame and an extremely muscular build. I'm hoping to land somewhere in the 160s looking fit and toned, but also not having my head look disproportionate to the rest of my body.

I was 135 and a size 4 many moons ago and was told I looked like a crackhead...on the flip side, I was 170 a couple years back and looked like a brickhouse. My point is, Ladies please don't focus on the numbers (clothing tag or scale) it's about being healthy and embracing your own perfection!0 -
