Tried these this morning and I wasn't impressed - maybe I did something wrong :noway:

Is the mixture for one giant pancake, or 2 or 3 little ones? My pancake seemed to burn on the bottom, but still be soft on top and impossible to flip.

Plus - and this is just me, nothing to do with the recipe - I got annoyed at the amount of washing up I was having to do - blender, pancake pan, spatula, plate, knife, fork etc, then clean the splashes from the stove top..... when my usual breakfast is eggs mixed in a bowl with a fork, cooked in microwave in the same bowl, eaten from same bowl with same fork:ohwell:
yeah, it didn't work for me either.. it was just a mess

I tweaked this a bit - I now cook it in the microwave in a shallow bowl. After 90 seconds to 2 minutes, it's cooked enough to roll into a cigar shape, and I sprinkle on some flavoured syrup.

I miss my microwave :( I wonder if I can pull these off on the stove. I always manage to buy bananas and then forget about them.

ooh must try these! I will probably add some chia seeds and use 1 whole egg and 1 white to make them a bit more filling and because I hate wasting yolks.

Me too. It didn't work very well, and then it was a mushy mess in my mouth to try to eat it. blech.
