Hey y'all. Newbie from Austin, TX, here. I'm just your average plump female. Uses food for comfort and works at a computer all day.

I love love love to bake cakes and cupcakes but my specialty is pancakes. Imagine that.

Hope I have some new friends out there!! (hint hint)

Good luck everyone. Just remember you gained it ounce by ounce so celebrate the little wins because they are still wins.

    Hi I'm Georgie,
    This is my first time online at mfp, and am really excited about loosing weight. Mine weight has crept on iver the last 2 years and I'm finally willing to do something about it! I use food to comfort myself too- usually anything chocolate related! I hope this is the a one way street that I won't go back on- reading people's posts i have to say, is very encouraging. I am a little jealous of their sucsess and only wish i had made this decision sooner!
