does anyone know anyways to make a healthier version?

    i posted the healthiest version imaginable yesterday. you use nonfat, plain yogurt (Nancy's is what i prefer) and the only unhealthy thing about it is a tablespoon of olive oil. If you want it healthier, add less olive oil. Everything else is cucumber, spices and lemon juice.

    I make it all the time like this:

    1 cup nonfat greek yogurt
    one whole cucumber, seeded and finely chopped
    juice from 1/2 lemon
    chopped dill (I actually use a squeeze from a tube of dill i found in the produce section - easy and no mess!)
    salt & pepper and a dash of garlic salt.

    the whole thing is about 150 calories. I use it to dip tons of veggies and it makes a great under 300 calorie lunch
