There is also a b210k program, which is a followup to c25k. I'm not aware of any versions of that designed for a treadmill.

hi, i initially thought i will jump to week 7 - did it for a week, then had an enforced break for a week
after that since my main goal is to loose weight , i started from week 1 , have completed day 2, and am liking it
