    YUMMY WRAP!!!! My newest fave..... whole wheat soft tortilla wrap, 1/2 can tuna, 1 pickle spear & lettuce....I just :heart: the simplicity of it AND not to mention... actually I am mentioning it... 200 calories!!!!!

    i used reduced sodium soup and no salt added corn. and home grown chicken.. (legs and thighs, its all i had) store bought meat grosses me out :ohwell:
