Thank You , Thank You , Thank You for this...one month in and I swear it's been a roller coaster of everything. Life doesn't stop
just because you want to lose weight....cravings don't go away just because you want them to and weight doesn't come off easy just because you want it to. Gaining it didn't happen overnight and Losing the weight won't happen overnight either. One day a a time....One Meal at a time.....We learn to REALLY LIVE our new life...one step at a time~
