September 1st 2011 I weighed 200 pounds
I am between 5'8" and 5'9"
33 years old

I had already lost anywhere from 15-5 pounds in the 2+ months before but really hadnt been keeping track.

I set a goal weight of 168, which I then changed to 165.

Today I got just below 165 on the scale.

So Stoked!!!!

Keeping a food diary, cycling, strength training, yoga, and changing my life from sedentary to active. These are the things that have changed my life.

This is only the beginning.

Thanks! add me as a friend. I need to reopen my food diary.

I feel pretty damn good but its not like some acceptance speech at the end of making a movie.

This is just one step in the process of being fit and feeling good. Which usually means looking better and gaining confidence.

Now I want to focus on strength and body fat %. But I am not really trying to become some fitness model or something.

thanks everyone. I am tempted to just do maintenance for awhile.

but my original plan was to change my goal to 160 and my weekly deficit to 1/2 a pound.
